  • We accept payment methods e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash.
  • Payments must be made as agreed; failure to pay may result in cancellation or additional charges.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may attract a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unavoidable circumstances.
  1. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details when booking (address, date, time, service requirements).
  • Ensure safe access to your premises for our staff.
  • Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before service.
  • Notify us of any special requirements or risks in advance.
  1. Liability
  • We exercise reasonable care in providing our services but cannot be held liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to property or belongings.
    • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service provided.
  • Clients are encouraged to have insurance coverage for valuables during moving services.

  • Content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Centigen Cleaners Movers and protected by copyright.
